Susan S. Kim
Susan has more than 10 years experience in corporate and transactional matters.Before joining Sheldrick & Co., Susan worked at large national and international law firms and as a mergers and acquisitions attorney at a large public pharmaceutical company.
She has advised clients on corporate transactions including asset and equity acquisitions, private placements, joint ventures, and equity and debt tender offers. In addition, she has represented corporate issuers and underwriters in public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities and borrowers and lenders in secured and unsecured credit facilities. Susan has represented clients in the finance, consumer products, pharmaceutical, food products, steel, manufacturing and, technology sectors.
For five years prior to attending law school, Susan was a major money center banker.
Susan earned a B.A. in history from University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law where she was an Associate Editor of the Fordham Law Review.
