Robert Sentner is Of Counsel to the firm and a partner in Sentner Safran LLP.
Bob has a distinguished career in dispute resolution, specializing in complex cross-border commercial disputes. He has three decades of experience prosecuting and defending claims in State and Federal courts in the U.S., and before all major international arbitral tribunals. His cases have ranged from energy and pipeline projects in Africa, India and Latin America, to financial fraud and breach of contract cases in Eastern Europe, Asia and the United States. His recent engagements include successfully representing the Government of Turkey in a claim by Dutch real estate developer Tulip, representing a U.S. software developer in an AAA-ICDR claim against the Polish national telephone company and representing a client in a dispute involving a power plant in Dar Es Salam. Prior to founding Sentner Safran Bob served as Chair of the International Disputes Group at Nixon Peabody LLP. He is a frequent speaker on dispute resolution matters.
Bob earned an undergraduate degree from Hobart College and a J.D. from Boston University. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
